I have tried everything and using the user name admin and leaving the password field blank just does not work. I have never changed it, and have never been able to access the router since it was installed. Any suggestions.

stupid thing does not work how are you supposed to reset it if you cant gain access via the admin because the default password is wrong !

try username: USER
password : leave it blank (dont write n e thing )..!!

EASY - Hold the Reset button down for 30 SEC
Then it will default.
